4 This place was recommended by the staff at our hotel. We had lunch for a party of eight and they were very accommodating. Our waiter was eager to serve us and our food was available in a short time. We had beef and fish platters. Some in our party has burgers. Nice place for lunch. The big boss even came by to say hello to us. I would recommend this place for lunch. The view in the back is nice with the river.
5 Every thing was good amazing only apart from the waiter. He was rushing to take the menu before completing the order. There was a language barrier.
5 Friendly and welcoming restaurant in busy part of Lourdes. Offers a great selection of lunch menu at very good prices. My stake was well cooked to my specifications and service was very good. Well recommended!
5 Unexpectadly nice place with very nice prices. There was a lunch offer with a dessert for 13 euros. I took an onion soup, and it was super tasty! Highly recommendable! The salad and lamb chops were also nice. What I really liked was the service, and old lady at the front was very hospitable for me and the waiter as well. Among other places near the sanctuary, so far the best for me.
5 ate twice here, we've tried the daily specials (almost special, but hugely popular) onion soup, duck terrine, foie grass, grilled lamb and grilled ribeye, both were fabulous and so is their tiramisu, at the neighbouring table were an equally elderly couple chomping on their steaks and the next day suddenly appeared at the table beside us, coincidence or simply returning for good food
4 Typical tourist spot with typical tourist quality food. We ordered the fish and chips which was not very satisfactory, but to be fair, we were warned ahead of time, lasagna which was very cheesy and saucy, and a small strip steak which was adequate. Recommend this place if in search of late night, quick food options, just make sure to your prepare expectations.
5 Came in and had an excellent meal, with good sized portions. The lamb was cooked to taste, and the plate de jour was fish beautifully served with vegetables... No complaints, excellent and recommended!
4 I was pleasantly surprised by this place. We tried going to the pizza shop next door but it was packed. The waiter saw us and offered us the specials. So we sat down. The lamb was delicious. The pizza has real tomatoes in it. The salmon was good as well. It also well priced. Your on a Main Street so you see people passing by. It was a nice time.
Many guests enjoy the onion soup, grilled lamb chops, beef and fish platters, as well as their burgers and daily specials like duck terrine and foie gras.
It’s great for both—a cosy spot for a relaxed lunch or dinner, but also suitable for a tasty quick bite.
